Really good Lunch Experience!
delicious food great service good choice
I stopped by and had a lovely lunch! The food was delicious and service was great. The choice on the set menu was very good! We will definitely call in again.
For some reason the hotel thought it acceptable to allocate where you sit. Customers should be able to chose where they sit, I think.

The hotel features easy parking and spacious grounds! Access via lift is much appreciated, and the secondary carpark is used for school drop-offs, showcasing community spirit.

The beds are very comfortable. The decor is tasteful. Rooms are large and bright. It also has an excellent shower.

Reception was helpful and friendly. The staff is polite. They are also knowledgeable regarding the area! The breakfast and evening meal services are good too.

friendly staff helpful staff best breakfast bad repair dirty bathtub gloomy room
the staff were very friendly and super helpful the hotel is located right outside knightshayes and you can just walk across the road to enter the estate the included breakfast i ordered was the best i have received in any hotel
i was told at reception that i would get an upgrade to a room in the main building the room seemed gloomy despite a very large window the bathtub looked dirty but when the receptionist and i tried to clean it it turned out that the "dirt" was a badly done repair

pothole ridden car park lack of hot water
the breakfast was perfectly cooked and the staff were good enough.
The parking situation was a joke. Not having a range rover meant i had to navigate a pothole ridden gravel pit it reminded me of off roading. the fish and chips i ordered was not great the chef apparently confused "no batter" with "no butter" it took ages and the replacement was half the size of the original it was a bad joke. and the room lacked hot water making the whole experience uncomfortable
